Adding a User

The User tab is where you can set up a new user

  1. Begin by Navigating to the Users tab in the Smart PBX App
  2. Click on the Add User icon
  3. Add the user's name, email and a password for log in credentials
  4. Assign an extension number
  5. Select options to Create Voicemail box, add to Company Directory and send credentials to user
  6. You can also select the option to send an email notification to an alternate address when setting up a new user
  7. Click Create User (or Create User and Add Another)

*All fields are required and need to be unique*
