Creating a Group

The Groups tab is where you can set up multiple people to answer the incoming calls on a phone number or extension

Before you begin, ensure all your users have been set up

  1. From the Smart PBX App, navigate to the Groups tab
  2. Click on the Add Group icon
  3. Choose a name for the group i.e., Sales or Finance etc., and add an Extension # (click on Find One to use an existing one)
  4. Simply drag and drop the users belonging to the group
  5. Click on Create Group
