Customized Call Recording

Customized Call Recording is where the user can personalize when calls are recorded by default

  1. From the User Tab, navigate to your name and select the Customized Call Recording icon in the User Features column
  2. In the menu, click on the Customized Call Recording icon to enable this feature
  3. Tap the slider to enable
  4. Select which of inbound/ outbound, and internal/ external calls are to be recorded
  5. Save Changes
