User Voicemail to Email Set Up

Voicemail Box is where you can enable a user's voicemail and the voicemail to email feature

1. Begin by Navigating to the Users tab in the Smart PBX App
2. Navigate to the User you want to set up the Voicemail for
3. Click on the column labelled User Features
4. Select the Voicemail box option
5. Enable the feature by tapping the slider to enabled
6. Enable which feature(s) you would like:
   • Transcribe will send you the written copy of the message
   • Voicemail to e-mail will send the audio file of the message
7. Click on Save Changes
