Do Not Disturb is where the user can turn off the ability for incoming calls to ring to their phone. When in this state, calls will go directly to voicemail
- Begin by Navigating to the Users tab in the Smart PBX App
- Navigate to the user you wish to put on Do Not Disturb
- Click on the column labelled User Features
- Select Do Not Disturb from the menu
- Tap the slider to mute all of your devices
- When in this state, calls go directly to voicemail
