Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb is where the user can turn off the ability for incoming calls to ring to their phone. When in this state, calls will go directly to voicemail

  1. Begin by Navigating to the Users tab in the Smart PBX App
  2. Navigate to the user you wish to put on Do Not Disturb
  3. Click on the column labelled User Features
  4. Select Do Not Disturb from the menu
  5. Tap the slider to mute all of your devices
  6. When in this state, calls go directly to voicemail
