The Call Detailed Record (CDR) Analysis App provides an overview of the calls flowing in and out of your business
- Navigate to the CDR Analysis App by clicking on the Apps icon (the grid icon found next to your account name in the upper right-hand corner of the portal) and click on CDR Analysis
- On the main landing page of the CDR Analysis App, you can view activity for the current day, week or month, or specify a Custom time range
- You can also view similar information for each individual extension
- The user page will also give you the “Hang up Causes” information when tracking call completion
