CDR Analysis App

The Call Detailed Record (CDR) Analysis App provides an overview of the calls flowing in and out of your business

  1. Navigate to the CDR Analysis App by clicking on the Apps icon (the grid icon found next to your account name in the upper right-hand corner of the portal) and click on CDR Analysis
  2. On the main landing page of the CDR Analysis App, you can view activity for the current day, week or month, or specify a Custom time range
  3. You can also view similar information for each individual extension
  4. The user page will also give you the “Hang up Causes” information when tracking call completion
