Block Lists

This app allows you to block anonymous and specific numbers from calling your business

Start by navigating to the Blacklists App by clicking on the Apps icon (the grid icon found next to your account name in the upper right-hand corner of the portal) and click on Blacklists. 

1. Click New Blacklist
2. Name your Blacklist and select Enable on Creation if you want these numbers to immediately start being blocked
3. Select to Block Anonymous Numbers and/or Block Specific Numbers. Enter the Specific Numbers you want blocked in the text box and click Add Numbers. Then click Create Blacklist
