The Call Recording app allows you to access, manage and configure recordings
Navigate to the Call Recording App by clicking on the Apps icon (the grid icon found next to your account name in the upper right-hand corner of the portal) and click on Call Recording.
You can configure recordings for users based on three categories:
- In the Account tab you can set Inbound and Outbound recordings on all devices. You also have the ability to turn on On-Demand in Call recording from this menu
- From the Users tab, you can customize each user's profile to record based on their needs
- The Devices tab shares the same logic as the Users tab
By selecting Stored Recordings, you will see the recordings the system has captured. You can play, download or delete any of these recordings
