Caller-ID Number is an option to display a different number on outbound calls than the main number of the business. The User tab is where you can set up the Caller-ID
- Begin by Navigating to the Users tab in the Smart PBX App
- Navigate to the user you would like to set a Caller-ID Number for
- Click on the column labelled User Features for that user
- Select Caller-ID Number from the menu
- Toggle User Caller-ID Number Setting to On
- From the drop-down bar choose the number you would like displayed on outbound calls for this user
- Click on Save Changes
Note* the user must already have been assigned to a number prior to setting up the Caller ID*
