Manage Your Contacts

The NEWT Cloud Softphone offers the ability to add Contacts and manage your Contacts through Groups and sorting 

1. From the menu at the top of your desktop application, select Contacts for the drop-down menu
2. From here, if desired, first create your Groups (such as friends, family, or work)
3. Then, Import Contacts by uploading a .csv file (downloaded from your other email software contacts list)
4. You can easily create a contact card manually as well, by clicking Add Contact from the Contacts drop-down menu. As a bonus, you can navigate to your history list and add people who have called you, to your contacts
5. Once added, simply search for the person you want to call, or navigate to your Contacts from the Contacts icon at the bottom of the application to find the person you want to call
