Sending an Email to Fax

To send a fax using the NEWT Cloud Email to Fax service, you first need to know your SMTP email address.

 To find this:

1. Log into your NEWT Cloud account
2. Navigate to the Callflows app
3. Select Fax Boxes
4. Click on the Fax Box you will be sending through which is found on the left side panel
5. Click on advanced on the right side of the screen
6. Click on SMTP

From here you can copy the SMTP email address and using your email provider of choice, enter the fax number followed by the @ symbol and the SMTP email address.

*Note:  Attach your PDF file to the email and only ONE document can be sent per instance.*
